Promotion Timing: The Chapel Hill Tire 12 Days of Kindness nomination period is from 12 a.m. EST Monday, November 6, 2023 through 5:00 p.m. EST Friday, November 24, 2022. Winners will be announced to the public between Monday, December 11, 2023 through Friday, December 22, 2023.
Eligibility: This offer is only open to individual nominees who at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and nominated by someone within the nomination time period. Anyone can nominate anyone fitting these requirements, but cannot nominate themselves. A person can be nominated more than once, but only by separate nominators. This does not necessarily increase the nominee's chances of winning, as the nominees will be individually evaluated based on merit and deservingness as a recipient.
How to Enter: To enter someone into Chapel Hill Tire’s 12 Days of Kindness, fill out and complete the nomination form here[link]. Nominees will only be entered into Chapel Hill’s 12 Days of Kindness once the form has been submitted.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen by Thursday, November 30, 2023. Winners will be personally selected by Chapel Hill Tire leadership. Selection will be based on merit in the community, which will be gleaned from the nomination submission, and the level of deservingness and need of car care services that Chapel Hill Tire will be able to provide.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Winners will be contacted by Thursday, November 30, 2023 by phone and/or email to accept the car care and grant permission to use their name in any radio or online promotion.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: 12 winners will each receive up to $1,000 worth of car care services from Chapel Hill Tire and billable parts from Advance Auto Parts. The prize is a retail value of up to $1,000 in car care services and auto parts total and is non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be given in a check or a gift card form. No cash substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize by the winner is permitted.
General Conditions: The maximum of $1,000 per person prize is a one-time use case. Chapel Hill Tire will do everything in its power to spend the total value of $1,000 for car care services, auto parts from Advance Auto Parts, and the needs of the individual customer, but any surplus left over will not be held in retainer nor will it be transferable for future services, cash refund, or other monetary redemption. The prize is redeemable at any Chapel Hill Tire location.
Privacy Policy: All winners agree to have their names released publicly, as well as appear in photography, video, and promotional media material as related to Chapel Hill Tire’s 12 Days of Kindness.
